Resolution 03-04 – Close Columbus street from Delaware street to Cemetary road, to close Market street from North street to South street and to close Lithopolis road to route 674 and all of the alleys between North street and South street, and to make South street and Walnut street no parking zones from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday, May 31, 2004, and declaring an emergency
